cPanel is your web based control panel that you can manage your website (ie add your email, upload your files, install your php script, check your website stats etc) To login to your cPanel, please click on the login now button and enter your username and password below. If you are not sure what to do, please see below for hints.
Once you have activated your account, you should receive your welcome email titled: "HostFreeWeb.com: Your Free Hosting account is now activated"
Open your email and you should see something like this:
The highlighted area are your username and password for your cPanel/ftp.
